This is my first blog and to be honest I don’t know what I am doing so please, bear with me…
Aesthetically, my kitchen is frightful; it hasn’t been changed much since the 80s and it’s pretty obvious. I used to despise the horrid tilling but I must admit it has grown on me like a fungus. The space may be an eyesore but what goes on in it is a completely different story, well most of the time.
I’ve always found it interesting how many people who have amazing state-of-the-art kitchens, hardly ever use them; no wonder they always look like showrooms! What a waste!
I’ve created this blog to publish my recipes. I consider myself an eyeballing cook and therefore I am not very good with giving measurements but I’ll try my best.
Enjoy!
Good to meet you. Thank you for visiting my blog. You have very interesting international recipes. Make sure to tag your posts in ‘recipes’, that is where I usually go to check out what is happening. 🙂

I am so happy to have found your blog! My husband’s family is from Spain. His mother is from Segovia and his paternal grandfather was from Galicia. I love the food of Spain and am sure your blog will give me so much inspiration. 😀
