Potato Peel Crisps

As the idiom goes: waste not, want not

This is the perfect way to use something up that you would otherwise throw away.


Potato peels

Olive oil

Seasonings: salt, pepper, chilli powder, mixed herbs


1 Toss the potato peels in olive oil and seasonings. I normally use salt, pepper, chilli powder and mixed herbs but you can use your own favourite seasonings.

2 Layer the potato skins on a baking tray.

3 Bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes, turn over and bake for 5-10 minutes or until they have reached your desired level of crispiness.
